On Thursday 17th October we are hosting a one-off ticketed dinner with acclaimed chef Elizabeth Haigh (formerly Pidgin, Mortimer House), to celebrate the launch of a limited edition Chinese cleaver knife that we've designed in collaboration with Elizabeth.

This relaxed, stand up affair will be hosted at our Peckham workshop, where Elizabeth will prepare a huge sharing feast on the barbeque, taking inspiration from her recent trip to Singapore and her upcoming restaurant project. Elizabeth’s menu includes Roasted char siu pork, Achar pickles, Singapore chilli crab and Roasted pineapple over fire with kaya caramel.

Kicking off at 8pm, guests will be given a sneak peek behind the scenes at the forge. While we are demonstrating some of the processes involved in making the Chinese Cleaver, Elizabeth will be serving up her Asian-inspired dishes.

Guests attending the dinner on 17th October will have the first chance to get their hands on one of the exclusive Chinese Cleavers before they go on sale to the public on 18th October.

Tickets are £50 with food and drink included.
